Returns Policy

You may Return your item within 28 days of receipt for a Refund. Our refund policy excludes sale items. To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received which includes any packaging. If an item has been returned to us damaged, used or in bad condition, we will not be able to refund as we will not be able to resell the goods. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them, once we have inspected the goods a refund will be issued. We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non refundable once an order has been shipped. Returns are processed within 5-10 days when we receive your item. We apologise, we do not do any exchanges only refunds, once your return has been granted a refund, you may reorder if you need to.
